Firm Wins 2007 Outstanding Firm Management
Award
International Recognition Reflects Firm-Wide
Commitment
Schmidt Westergard & Company received
BKR International’s 2007 Outstanding
Firm Management Award at the worldwide
organization's Americas Region meeting June
1-5 in Washington, D.C. BKR International is
a global association of independent accounting
firms in over 300 locations worldwide.
The award is based on a BKR panel’s analysis
of member firms’ annual reports of their
statistics and operations. The panel
considers the reports in the context of the
major factors that contribute to accounting
firm excellence. Deliberations occur at the
annual Americas Region meeting of firms in
the Western Hemisphere. The panel selects
the member firm that, based on all
operational and management factors, has
exhibited the highest level of management
excellence during the year.
“This award clearly reflects the leadership,
commitment and innovation of our firm’s
management team and the significant
contributions of every individual at Schmidt
Westergard & Company,” said managing partner
Jim Schmidt. “We are thrilled to receive
this recognition, and we view it as a
challenge to reach higher levels of
achievement and professionalism as we move
forward.”
Schmidt Westergard & Company's membership in
BKR International gives the firm’s clients
