Jeff Bither specializes in providing tax
services to companies in the real
estate, manufacturing, construction and
services industries as well as estate
tax and gift planning for their owners.
He lived in Arizona until he was 10
years old, attended Arizona State
University for a year, then transferred
to Oregon, where he completed a Bachelor
of Science in Accounting from Portland
State University. Jeff developed his
professional skills at four accounting
firms: KPMG (four years), Sleasman &
Bither, P.C. (eight years), and two
other Oregon-based CPA firms (seven
years).
Jeff joined Schmidt Westergard in July
2004 after relocating from Oregon. He is
a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and
the Arizona Society of Certified Public
Accountants (ASCPA).
Jeff is a board member of Mesa Senior
Services, is actively involved with his
church and the ASCPA and volunteers time
to local political campaigns.
Jeff has been playing golf since he was
seven years old. He was a Pleasant
Valley Golf Club Junior champion and
co-champion of the Oregon State
Father-Son Tournament.
