Lynn Westergard joined Schmidt Westergard & Company as a partner in March 1996. Early in his career, he worked for KPMG Peat Marwick and Arthur Andersen, LLP.

He specializes in audited and reviewed financial statements, business valuation, and financial analysis. His industry expertise includes manufacturing, wholesale distribution, technology, construction, benefit plans, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations.

Lynn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member of the Mesa Baseline Rotary Club, Boy Scouts of America and the Dwight Patterson Sports Academy.

Lynn has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Utah.

He enjoys spending time at their Wyoming cabin with his wife, three boys and daughter. He is especially fond of fly fishing, golfing with his boys and attending his kids’ sporting events.
